Complete drive thru expansion for the Zaxbys at 180 Capital Circle SW in Tallahassee, turning a bottlenecked single lane into a high capacity double lane. This was not a simple striping job. It took a full layout redesign and heavy civil execution to maximize every square inch of the property. We removed the existing curb, gutter, and a portion of the old sidewalk to open up the footprint, then poured brand new concrete curb and gutter and a fresh sidewalk with an integrated ADA warning mat. We installed fresh asphalt and heavy duty concrete bumper blocks, converted an underutilized parking section into a freshly hashed loading zone, and precision striped two distinct drive thru lanes alongside a designated pass through lane. The location is now equipped to handle peak hours faster, safer, and more efficiently than before.

Full sealcoat and restripe of The Boulevard at Tallahassee, a large apartment complex on Jackson Bluff Rd. Roughly 40,000 square yards (360,000 sq ft) of asphalt sealed and striped with crisp white stall lines, fire lanes, a repainted traffic circle, crosswalks, and ADA markings throughout the complex.
